Eligibility for Refunds
Due to the custom nature of our video editing services, refunds are generally not provided once work has commenced on your project. However, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. Refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis under the following conditions:
- The request is made before any editing work has started.
- The delivered video does not match the agreed-upon requirements, and we are unable to resolve the issue after reasonable revisions.
- Technical errors or payment issues have occurred (e.g., duplicate charges).
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us at support@flexero.video within 30 days of receiving your final video. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant details.
Revision Policy
We offer a reasonable number of revisions to ensure your satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with the initial edit, please let us know, and we will work with you to address your concerns.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- The client is satisfied with the final product.
- The client fails to provide necessary information or feedback in a timely manner.
- The request is made after the 30-day period following delivery.
